TORCH contracts with two Coordinators – one at the high school level (Beth Berry) and one at the middle school level (Susan Sanderson), as well as a part-time Postsecondary Specialist (Lisa Gaetjens) at the high school.

TORCH also supports three part-time paraprofessionals to work with groups of TORCH students during the school day and after school on academic areas where they struggle.

The project is overseen by the TORCH Team, which includes 15 representatives from the partnering agencies.  The TORCH Team meets monthly to provide guidance and direction to the project, to review evaluation results, and to make recommendations for changes to the strategic plan.

Finally, through a partnership with the Minnesota Alliance With Youth, two AmeriCorps Promise Fellows work with TORCH students, helping students access the supports needed to assure academic success.

Starting in August 2010, TORCH will also have an AmeriCorps VISTA worker on site! The VISTA worker will help students to enroll in college courses and find financial aid as well as working with families and local organizations to improve TORCH services.
